my well being goal

Goal - 1
my goal is to come to school before 8:30 everday for the next 4 weeks

Stratergy - 1
wake up at 7:00
set alarm for 7:00
mum can wake me up at 7:00
put the alarm right beside me so i do get up 
get out of bed at 7:00 
get ready for school at 7:20

Goal - 2
my goal is to do my work at all my classes  

Stratergy - 2 
dont get distracted 
consentrate on my work 
dont talk to anyone
